Arkitakt Roofing Ltd. is skilled in completing residential, commercial, and insurance work for the property owner, the condo board, or the property manager. Our portfolio includes residences, villas, townhomes, churches, and motels. The owners have been roofing in Calgary since 2004, as sub-contractors until 2010 when they started Arkitakt Roofing Ltd. From 2010 on the owners could ensure every job was completed to the high standards they required.
WE TAKE PRIDE in providing high quality installations, using only the best of materials for the type of roof you desire. The term "Alberta minimum code" does not exist in our world. All of our installations meet the manufacturers' specifications. The process begins with our estimator explaining our procedures from start to finish, and reviewing your options in a friendly "no pressure" environment. It continues with workmanship that reflects the owners' strong European work ethic.The owners lead by example, working on the rooftop with their employees.
WE ARE PROFESSIONAL in all of our dealings with the customer, from the initial contact until the completion of the cleanup at the end of the job. We provide a 5 year workmanship warranty on all our work. We will always be a small contractor to ensure our customers receive the absolute best roof.
WE ARE LICENSED in the municipalities where we work. We carry $5 million liability insurance.We are in good standing with the WCB.We will travel up to 1 1/2 hours from Calgary to meet your roofing needs.
TYPES OF ROOFING: While most of our work involves the reshingling of existing roofs, we also do new roofs, cedar/pine shake conversions, flat roofs, and rubber roofs.
EAVES,FASCIA, SOFFITS and VINYL SIDING: We can assist with your needs. We work with another small company. The two fellows who own it have several years' experience and do high quality work.
INSURANCE WORK:You have the right to select your own contractor We rcommend you do. WHY? We work for you, not the insurance company. We will often find repairs needed that the adjuster missed, allowing you to have your claim amended. If your insurer will only pay to replace a minimum code roof, we will upgrade it to shingle manufacturers' specs at no extra cost to you.
WHAT WE DON'T DO:
We DO NOT hire sub-contractors.
We DO NOT play loud music! (we don't play any music).
