David’s been roofing since 1957. In the 1980’s he taught proper roofing techniques for shingles, shakes & concrete tiles- working with the roofing product manufacturers . In 2012 David wrote a monthly column for the Calgary Herald under ‘Ask The Experts’ - offering roof care advice to readers. Under his management Aaron Roofing & Skylights Ltd. won many awards for care and attention to roofing detail. His son Russell Patrick has been working with his dad for over twenty years; although Russell runs his own roofing business Tools & Transportation Ltd. Russell helps David manage crews, and he inspects competed jobs for the written Roof Completion Reports.
