B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) whereby Grant Thornton Limited (“GTL”) was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy (in such capacities, the “Trustee”) over the estate of the Company and these bankruptcy proceedings (the “Bankruptcy Proceedings”).
