We have provided home cleaning services throughout the Calgary area for more than 40 years. We clean carpets, upholstery, furnaces, ducts, blinds, and more. We also offer flood restoration services.
Callers often ask us why our prices seem to be more expensive than many of the competitors advertised prices. And yes, at first glance our prices may appear to be higher, but that’s because at KILROY, our policy is to provide honest “No-Haggle” upfront pricing, rather than misleading you with “package pricing.”
You see, Package Pricing usually contains hidden costs that technicians are incentivised to drive UP rather than focusing on the cleaning.
Wouldn't you prefer to know the full price upfront without the surprises and haggling?
Another factor that differentiates pricing is quality of work. A poorly cleaned item needs to be cleaned more frequently. On the other hand, a properly cleaned item is cleaned more thoroughly, stays clean and retains its usefulness longer. Over the longer term, a quality cleaning is actually less expensive than a cheaper cleaning.
